How Pricing Works
- Per-User Per-Month Pricing: Unlimited Calls Per User Subject to our Fair Usage Policy*
- Pricing is based on the number of users (seats) you choose to connect, with tiered rates that decrease as team size grows.
- You don’t need to connect every employee - only users who actively work in the CRM (for example, sales or customer service teams, not back‑office staff).
- Many customers start by connecting their core users and roll out to the rest of the team over time, as adoption grows.

- Team, Growth, Mid‑Market & Enterprise: Volume pricing with lower per-connection fees and flexible billing based on annual usage.
Billing & Flexibility
- There are no setup fees or hidden charges. You can upgrade, downgrade, or change plans as your business grows or contracts.
- VoxFlo subscriptions have a 12‑month minimum term, with flexibility built in.

We’re happy to line VoxFlo up with your existing Phone/CRM contracts - so as everything renews together.
Where the remaining Phone/CRM term is less than 12 months, VoxFlo can co‑term for that shorter period.
Our aim is to keep things simple, aligned, and easy to manage - no awkward renewals or unnecessary admin.
*Fair Usage Policy
Each connected user includes 1,000 calls per month, pooled across all users. Usage is reviewed quarterly and, in the unlikely event the pooled allowance is exceeded on a sustained basis, VoxFlo reserves the right to charge £0.01 per additional call
